The shipping charge displayed upon checkout for international orders is an estimate and may be adjusted on heavier or large package orders as sometimes the postal service adds additional charges for these packages. Note that when you receive your package that the postage amount on it is not the total cost of shipping and may be less than what you were charged. The reason for this is that it does not include insurance and handling. The US Postal Service requires international packages to be delivered to the post office and cannot be picked up by the daily postal pickup. Due to this, we have additional charges to have these packages delivered to the post office.
International Delivery Times: Our standard international shipping method is via a private package delivery company that turns the package over to your local postal service after it clears your Customs. We ship international packages only once or twice per week, but the package should arrive faster than using US Postal Airmail as the package is walked through Customs by our delivery service. Typically a package should be received within 7 - 14 days after shipped, but may take longer if your postal service delays it once it is received by them. All packages are insured but we cannot file a claim until 45 days after shipment. We can provide a separate quote for FedEx Express shipping which will be much higher than airmail but is trackable and will get your package to you much faster. Note that on FedEx returns to us in case the package is rejected by your customs or not delivered, FedEx charges shipping a second time to ship it back to us which will be deducted from any refund to you.
Orders outside of USA: We ship to most countries, and usually have no problems, but if the product you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping and restocking charges once the package is received back by us in resaleable condition. We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items, so you should check with your local Customs office to be certain that you can receive the products you ordered.
Note that we have had many problems with some European countries getting products in recently and have had some confiscated which the customer is responsible for per the statement above.
Your local officials may charge you a fee or tax upon pickup of the product which is not included in our price or shipping.
Occasionally, your local officials may hold a package for an extended period of time before contacting you. We have no control over this. You should contact your local Customs or Postal Service if the package appears delayed as most overseas postal services do not provide tracking information back to the US Postal Service.
Due to an increase in overseas credit card fraud, we now require all new customers outside of the USA to fax a copy of the front and back of the credit card used with a signed note authorizing us to charge the card and ship the merchandise to the address indicated on the order. You need only do this on the first order. The fax number is 913 905 2469. This should be done after shopping and checking out of our shopping cart. We apologize for any inconvenience, but in order to keep our prices so low, we have been forced to take action to reduce fraud.

Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount, as it is both illegal and fraudulent.
For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only", "Creme - for personal use only", or similar discription to what the product is. Please do not ask us to provide other incorrect description.
